Yes, well back to the part where I said I’d add onto my last blog… Well I guess it’s been more than a couple of days, but I had a headache, and so did the computer (the internet was’nt working).
So here I am period 4 on a tuesday… what do I do? Go onto my drama blog of course bcoz I don’t have a life. Jks, Jks. Anyway, I relised how other ppl in the drama class seem to record what we did in drama and I don’t, I mean I know that I don’t have to, but I think I’d like to share with you this one particular lesson that I very much enjoyed.
We were sitting in drama, played a game with cats and mice, then we got out our list of possible characters. Each person in our group chose a different character, then we developed our characters further asking a few who, what, where, when, how questions to develop the situation. I enjoyed this process. Then once we had done this, we had character auditions to see if they would fit into our performance. There was 3 characters we came up with - a radio presenter, a psychic, and a screaming beatles fan. All of these I believe can fit into our performance (but knowing me, I think that everything is possible). After which we decided to create a performance based around the beatles screaming fan.
I also forgot to mention the other ideas I had;
2. We all wear foil hats… this can be developed, but not atm because I am writing this during lunchtime now.
We can also explore music before the 20th century.
In my research on the weekend I explored musicians from the 19th century, not duliberately, but I was mucking around on encrata and found some pretty neat stuff. I shall share it with my group later… and possibly blog it.Â
I asked a few people about punks and with one person was explaining what they wore (even though I already knew) they told me that they wore safety pins, and I thought y not wear hazard pins? Because they’re stereotypical of being dangerous people.
Thanks for reading my blog, I shall speak with you soon. Ciao!
